Electrical system – The number
of circuits, type of protections, outlet grounding, and load balance.
Heating system – Energy source,
heating equipment, ducts or pipes, and thermostat.
Cooling system – Energy source,
cooling equipment, capacity, and distribution.
Interior walls, ceilings, floors, windows, and doors
– Walls, ceilings, floors, stairways, cabinets, and
countertops.
Appliances – All home appliances,
smoke detectors, antenna, and cable hookups.
Fireplace – Chimney, damper, and
masonry.
Attic – Structure, insulation, and
ventilation.
Lot and landscaping – Ground slope
away from foundation, condition of driveway and walkways.
